Employment Qualifications

Seasonal Employment:
Persons wishing to work for us seasonally must be available June 10th or sooner and be able to work until September 2 or later (Non US students must possess the proper visa and work authorization - J1 visa and DS2019)

Extended Season:
Persons applying must be available May 22 or sooner until October 12 or later.

Year Round:
Applicants must be available all year. When we have a year round position available we will post it at the bottom of this page.

Positions available for seasonal and extended season:

Front Desk/Reservations/Night Clerk:
Rent rooms, answer telephones, register guests, collect money, take reservations, file, assist in providing guest services.

Room Cleaner:
properly make beds, clean bathrooms, replenish all paper items, replace soiled linens with clean linens, clean glass and mirrors, dust and polish furniture and equipment, empty wastebaskets, vacuum behind and underneath furniture, spot clean carpet and upholstery, report damage, theft and found articles to supervisor, ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions.

House Attendant:
Stock room cleaner’s carts, remove soiled linen, remove trash and recyclables, stock linen closets, distribute housekeeping supplies.

Lifeguard:
Must possess First aid/AED and Lifeguard certificates.

Laundry:
Wash and fold hotel/motel laundry.

Grounds:
Keep all outside areas of hotel/motel clean and litter free. Dump trash, sweep, pull weeds, clean chairs, windows, elevators, vacuum carpets, and empty ashtrays.
